Date set for Third Round tie
Huddersfield Town’s FA Cup Third Round game at home to fellow Championship side Reading will take place on Saturday 3 January 2015; 3pm kick-off at the John Smith’s Stadium.
Admission prices for the game will be confirmed at a later date on htafc.com.
This game will only be the third between the two sides in the FA Cup, with the other two coming in the 1985/86 season. Those games also came in the Third Round, when Mick Buxton’s team forced a replay after a 0-0 draw that was watched by 9,875 people at Leeds Road. Unfortunately, despite a goal from Dave Cowling, the Terriers lost the replay 2-1 at Elm Park in mid-January.
