Majewski starts at Sportsdirect.com Park
Town Manager Mark Robins has named Radoslaw Majewski in the starting line-up for today’s pre-season friendly at League 1 Oldham; 3pm kick-off at Sportsdirect.com Park.
Robins’ side is expected to line up in a 3-5-2 formation for their penultimate match ahead of the season opening fixture against AFC Bournemouth on 9 August.
Alex Smithies returns in goal behind the trio of Joel Lynch, Captain Lee Peltier and Matt Crooks - who continues to impress in his new role.
Paul Dixon and Tuesday night's goalscorer Adam Hammill start at left and right wing-backs, flanking the central midfield trio of Radoslaw Majewski, Oliver Norwood and Adam Clayton.
Sean Scannell will play in a central attacking role in support of Nahki Wells.
