Improved customer service from Town shop and retail team
Huddersfield Town has today launched a dedicated Twitter account for the official Club shop - @htafcmegastore.
Follow this new account for:
• Information on retail products and offers
• The latest retail news
• Retail Customer queries, questions and feedback
The new account, which is staffed by employees from the Club’s Retail Department, is the account to follow if you have any questions for the Stadium Superstore or relating to Town’s online shop, www.htafcmegastore.com.
As well as bringing supporters all the latest news and information on the newest retail products and store opening hours for the Stadium Superstore and soon to be launched town centre store, the account will also carry exclusive special offers for its followers to take advantage of!
The account will be staffed during store opening hours (9am until 5pm on weekdays; 9am until noon on Saturday non-match days and 9am until one hour after full-time on Town match days). Questions on retail products and issues will be responded to within two hours, whereas questions asked overnight will be answered by 9.30am on the following day.
Huddersfield Town’s Retail Manager Luke Cowan explained:
“We believe that the launch of this new, dedicated Twitter account will improve the level of service for customers of the Club’s retail operation to the next level.
“This account will be staffed by the Club’s specialist retail employees, so any queries should be answered faster and more accurately than ever before.
“There will be offers and flash-sales launched through this account that only followers will know about and take advantage of, so there’s plenty of incentive for fans to give it a follow!
