Amazing fight-back from young Terriers

Town’s Under-18s started the new Professional Development League 2 in amazing fashion on Saturday morning with a 4-4 draw at Crystal Palace.

Having taken the lead through Rekeil Pyke, Palace equalised and went onto take a 4-1 lead, with Regan Booty missing a penalty when the scores were level.

However, the young Terriers – led by Tony Carss – showed tremendous character to fight back, with another Pyke goal supplemented by strikes from forward Ronan Coughlan and wide man Jacob Hanson.

Town's team:
Sam Guthrie; Nathaniel Pells, Jacob Hanson, Jamie Spencer, Fraser Horsfall, Danny Kane, Adam Porritt, Regan Booty, Rekeil Pyke, Ronan Coughlan, Jack Senior (Brad Carroll, 75)

Unused subs:
Owen Brooke, Alfie Raw, Dylan Cogill, Jack Boyle
