Transfer in final stages
Huddersfield Town is in the final stages of completing the transfer of 24 year-old midfielder Jacob Butterfield, with Adam Clayton moving in the opposite direction for a seven figure undisclosed fee.
The clubs hope to put the finishing touches to the move tomorrow.
