#P4P5: DAY THREE

25 April 2014

Fundraising challenge continues

Day three of The Pink Link 'Pedal for Pounds 5' fundraising bike ride is complete!

After meeting at PPG Canalside and travelling to London in the early hours, all 300 cyclists departed Arsenal's Emirates Stadium to embark upon the 250 mile 'Chapman Trail', named in honour of Town's legendary Manager Herbert Chapman on Wednesday morning.

After completing Day One and Day Two, the cyclists have covered 80 miles today to get to the third overnight stop - Doncaster!

The ride, which is in aid of the ‘Keep It Up’ Campaign, will see the fans - alongside Chairman Dean Hoyle, Director Sean Jarvis and Club Ambassador Andy Booth - cycle to overnight stops at Cambridge, Leicester and Doncaster over three and a half days, arriving back at the John Smith's Stadium in time for the last home game of the season against Leicester City on Saturday 26 April 2014.

The Club’s previous four bike rides have contributed over £600,000 to the £980,000 raised for the campaign so far since its inception in 2009.

Here are some snaps all three days!

Club Ambassador Andy Booth has also been keeping supporters up to date on the Club's YouTube channel.
