Club partner’s charity football comp on 8 June
On Sunday 8 June, Huddersfield Town’s will join forces with Club Partner Expect Distribution to host a 16 team, seven-a-side charity football tournament at PPG Canalside to raise money for the Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice.
Using the state of the art 3G pitch at the Club’s official training complex between 10.30am and 3pm, the 16 teams will be split into two round robin groups, playing 5 minutes each way. The top two teams will then be taken from each group and will play in a semi-final, then with winners of each game will play in a final at the end of the day.
The tournament will include a team of Huddersfield Town legends, which is currently being put together by the Club’s resident legend Andy Booth!
