Local paper becomes Town’s official media partner

The Huddersfield Examiner has become Huddersfield Town’s official media partner for the 2013/14 season, building on an already close relationship between the two organisations.
Work away from the usual coverage of the Terriers in the sports pages has already begun, with the Examiner partnering Town to promote the recent Huddersfield Town Open Day, which attracted around 2,000 fans down to the Stadium.
Throughout the season the Examiner will also help to promote the work of the Town Foundation charity by getting involved in community projects such as the Reading Diaries, with a particular focus on World Book Week in early 2014.
