Attacker speaks to Town’s Official YouTube channel ahead of trip to Leicester

Sean Scannell enjoyed his rest during the international break, but is ready and raring to ahead of Leicester.

The winger, who scored the winner when Town last visited the King Power Stadium in the FA Cup, spent some of the international break back at home in London visiting his family.

“It was nice to enjoy a period of rest. We had played a lot of games in a short space of time and the break came at a good time,” said Sean.

Town had been beaten twice in the league by Leicester before its visit in the FA Cup last term – and at the time were without a permanent manager.

“We went into the game without a manager, but Mark Lillis and Steve Eyre were doing a great job. My goal is a very good memory and I just remember running, breaking through the middle of couple of players and finding myself in on goal. We are doing well at the moment and I think we have a good chance of taking something from tomorrow’s game – we are looking strong.”
