Come and play before the Birmingham game!
Blue & White Foundation members will now be able to try their hand at FIFA 14 on an Xbox in Town’s match day ‘Stripes Bar’ thanks to a Huddersfield Town fan high up in the gaming industry.
Starting with the visit of Birmingham City on Saturday 9 November, the new Xbox will be installed in Stripes Bar, with games such as FIFA 14, Shaun White Skateboarding and the Rayman series available to enjoy.
The Xbox has been donated to the Club by Ubisoft, the organisation behind leading computer games such as the Assassin’s Creed series – as Commercial Director Sean Jarvis explains:
“The commercial team at the Club works hard to identify Huddersfield Town fans who are up and down the country in different industries and we recently discovered that the Managing Director of Ubisoft is a Huddersfield man called Rob Cooper.
“Although he is now based in Guilford, Surrey due to his role with Ubisoft, Rob and I had a discussion and it became apparent he is a fan – and that he’s very impressed with the work the Club does with families.
“As a result, Rob has kindly gifted an Xbox and several games to Stripes Bar. One of the games is the much-anticipated FIFA 14, so now our younger fans will be able to beat the likes of Barcelona with Huddersfield Town!
A limited number of tickets for Stripes Bar are available on a match by match basis; make sure that you get yours early!
The bar will be open from 12.30pm – 3pm when Town play Birmingham City on Saturday 9 November and for an hour after the final whistle.
Tickets are priced at £4 per person or £10 for a family ticket (two adults and two children) – please contact the Promotions Department on 01484 484 133 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to book.
