Striker wins end of season award
Huddersfield Town striker James Vaughan has been voted by Blue and White Foundation members as their Player of the Season for the 2012/13 season.
The on loan Norwich striker unsurprisingly won the majority of the vote with Captain Peter Clarke coming second in the voting.
Vaughan has become a cult hero since joining during the early stages of the season and following a hat trick at Bristol City last weekend, he tops the goal scoring charts with 13 goals.
The 24 year-old has scored winning goals against Crystal Palace, Burnley and Leeds this season and has been integral in the Terriers’ fight against relegation.
Andrew Moore from Golcar was the lucky person to be drawn out of all the entrants and has been invited to the Barnsley game along with three guests of his choice. Andrew will receive VIP treatment and get to meet James and present him with his bottle of champagne.
Thanks to all the members who voted for their Player of the Season.
