Training Ground set to close for two weeks
Canalside Sports Complex will undergo an extensive refurbishment between 5 and 17 May and as a result the main building will be closed to the public.
The closure will allow for a complete rebuild of the kitchen, which will take six weeks to complete. The main reception will also undergo a complete makeover.
Stripes Gym will remain unaffected by the work with members able to access the facility via the rear of the complex.
The front bowling green will also still be open for league matches. Alternative toilet facilities will be provided for the bowlers.
As a result of the work, there may be some limited disruption in the Gym as the electricity may need to be turned off for short periods.
Canalside Sports Complex apologises for any inconvenience caused and will try and minimise disruption as much as possible.
