‘BULLY’ RETURNS TO CANALSIDE FOR Q&A

11 January 2013

Town favourite is the Birmingham guest

Former Town favourite Darren Bullock is the latest guest at Canalside’s question and answer session ahead of Saturday’s home clash with Birmingham City, starting from 12.30pm.

The former terrace favourite will answer questions ahead of the 3pm kick-off in the newly refurbished function room at Canalside Sports Complex, which can hold a crowd of up to 150 people.

The question and answer session – hosted by Town’s match day announcer Paul Ramsden – will last for one hour and is free for members and £2 for non-members on the door.

15 years on from leaving the Terriers, having made 156 appearances for the Club during a four year stay, Bullock is still held in high regard by Town fans for his aggressive, tenacious style of play.

Perhaps best known for the penalty at Brentford in the 1995 Play-Off semi-final that secured passage to Wembley and a date with Bristol Rovers, which Town won to gain promotion, ‘Bully’ is not short of a word and an opinion – just ask the Town fans that attended his first Q&A session last season!

Canalside is located less than a mile away from the Stadium on 509 Leeds Road, Huddersfield HD2 1YJ.

If you join 'Stripes Gym' at Canalside this week, you will receive a free ticket for Saturday's game against Birmingham - click HERE to find out more!
