Update your details with Huddersfield Town
If Huddersfield Town doesn’t have your up to date contact details, you could be missing out on exclusive special offers!
Over recent months, the Club has used email, text messaging and social media more and more to offer the latest deals to its supporters.
Many of these offers have been email only. For example, Season Card holders were sent a special link used to redeem on a ‘Friend for a Fiver’ offer for the Burnley home game, whereas more recently Season Card holders were sent an online code via email in order to claim a discount when purchasing products on htafcmegastore.com
There have also been offers made to non-Season Card holders surrounding recent games.
If you haven’t been receiving offers, it could be down to one of these reasons:
- The Club doesn’t have your up-to-date email address
- You previously unsubscribed from Town’s email list
- Emails from Huddersfield Town are getting caught in your spam filter
The solution to these issues is simple!
If you’re receiving some emails from the Club, click on the ‘Update Your Details’ link at the bottom – see the image below. From here you can add your details to the relevant fields. You will even get 30 points towards Town’s 1908 Loyalty Scheme if you do (click HERE

If you don’t get any correspondence from the Club, log on to www.huddersfieldportal.com
and either update your preferences or create an account. Make sure you link it to your Season Card if you have one!
Spam filtering has been a particular issue with Hotmail and Outlook accounts recently, so if emails aren’t reaching you please add email@example.com into your ‘safe senders’ list.
