Numbers on the up and sessions now twice a week
Huddersfield Town’s Football in the Community team are hosting a new form of the beautiful game each week - ‘Walking Football’!
This new concept of the game is fun for all ages but aimed primarily to help seniors enjoy football and keep active.
Sessions of Town’s ‘Walking Football’ take place every Tuesday (11am-12pm) and Thursday (10-11am) at the Zone on St Andrews Road, Huddersfield. Club Ambassador Andy Booth is a regular attendee, so why not get down and give it a try?
Costing £3 per one hour session and starting from 11am, participants will be able to enjoy a free tea or coffee afterwards and socialise with fellow footballers!
You don’t have to book; all you have to do is turn up on Tuesday or Thursday!
