Join up to ‘Get Fit With The Terriers’

The successful ‘Get Fit With The Terriers’ course will return for a 12-week stint during October – and it’s absolutely free to join!

The course is an initiative run by Town’s Football in the Community department which will help you kick start a healthier lifestyle.

The 12 week programme is aimed at men over the age of 30 who are currently out of condition and want to kick start 2013 with a healthier lifestyle.

The next 12 week block will commence on Monday 7 October 2013 (6pm-8pm) and will run up until Christmas.

The programme includes activity sessions; healthy eating and nutrition advice; motivational talks and team support.

Its goals are to tackle unhealthy habits, avoid the penalties of high sugar, high fat and inactivity and also kick start a healthier lifestyle.

The NHS is heavily involved in the programme and has provided funding to help get it off the ground. 

Places are free to applicants, but they are limited!
