Novak in for injured Beckford

TOWN’S TEAM vs. BRISTOL CITY
27 April 2013
Lee Novak makes his first start in eight games in the only change to Town’s starting XI for today’s npower Championship game at Bristol City; 3pm kick-off at Ashton Gate.
Novak replaces Jermaine Beckford in the line-up, who is ruled out of this afternoon’s fixture due to a slight groin injury.
Otherwise Mark Robins has named the same team that played so well against Millwall last weekend, with goalkeeper Alex Smithies looking for his 13th clean sheet of the season behind a back four of Calum Woods – who is making his 50th start for Huddersfield Town today – Anthony Gerrard, Captain Peter Clarke and Jack Hunt.
Sean Scannell scored the only goal of the game when the Terriers beat today’s opponents on home soil back in November and he starts on the left wing this afternoon, with Oscar Gobern and Ollie Norwood in central midfield and Adam Clayton on the right.
Up front Lee Novak joins top scorer James Vaughan.
Neil Danns also misses out today due to a niggling toe injury, so the two vacant positions on the substitutes’ bench are taken by Scott Arfield and Theo Robinson.
