Huddersfield Town Manager Simon Grayson has made one change to the starting XI for tonight’s npower Championship game at Sheffield Wednesday; 7.45pm kick-off at Hillsborough.
Adam Hammill misses the first Yorkshire derby of the season through injury, so Lee Novak comes into an otherwise unchanged side. Striker Jimmy Spencer takes the vacated position among the substitutes as a result.
The Terriers are expected to line up in a 4-4-2 formation this evening, with goalkeeper Alex Smithies looking for his third clean sheet of the season behind a back four of Scotland international Paul Dixon, Joel Lynch, skipper Peter Clarke and Jack Hunt.
Keith Southern and Oliver Norwood will form the central midfield duo with Adam Clayton on the right and weekend goalscorer Danny Ward on the left, leaving Novak to partner James Vaughan in attack.
