Healthcare organisation one of three match sponsors

British healthcare organisation Bupa is backing Town’s campaign to raise awareness of dementia.

Bupa is one of three match sponsors for the match following on from the announcement yesterday that Meridian Healthcare was also a match sponsor. Bupa will work with Meridian and the Sporting Memories Network to help raise awareness of dementia.

They combine experience and expertise to care for over 8,000 residents in our homes. Its partnerships with the Alzheimer’s Society and experts at Bradford University’s Dementia Research Group ensure its care reflects the latest and best in contemporary practice.

Bupa respects all its residents as individuals, taking the time to get to know them so they can personalise the way they care for them. Its approach is Person First, dementia second, and its care revolves around each person’s own needs, not fixed rules and routines.

More information regarding the final match sponsors will be released via prior to Saturday’s match.
