JIMMY RETURNS TO TOWN

21 November 2012

Striker’s loan spell concludes with Brentford

Huddersfield Town striker Jimmy Spencer has returned to the Club following the conclusion of his loan spell with npower League 1 side Brentford.

The striker, who joined Brentford on October 16, didn’t feature from the start for Brentford after suffering a thigh injury shortly after his arrival.

The 20 year-old made two substitute appearances against Coventry and Hartlepool in which the Bees amassed four points.

Jimmy has now returned to Town and will continue his recovery from his thigh injury.

The Academy graduate made his Huddersfield Town First Team debut in the Capital One Cup game at Preston North End on the opening day of the season and made a further appearance as a substitute in the first npower Championship game of the season at

Cardiff City.

He has also made four appearances for Steve Eyre’s Under-21 side so far this season.
