HIBERNIAN FRIENDLY PREVIEW

27 July 2012

Grayson’s men set for third pre-season friendly

Simon Grayson’s First Team squad are back in pre-season friendly action tomorrow when they travel to Edinburgh to take on Hibernian; kick-off at Easter Road is 2pm.

After a successful run-out against Kilmarnock on Wednesday, Town will be looking to end their week-long trip in Scotland in style against the SPL outfit.

Jack Hunt, who missed Town’s last outing, looks likely to be involved after returning to training.

Simon Grayson told htafc.com:

“We will be in for a tough test because the Hibernian players have once last chance to impress the manager ahead of the season opening fixture next week.

“Since the Kilmarnock game we have mixed in some tough training sessions with some team bonding exercises – all in all the trip to Scotland has proven very successful.

Saturday’s friendly will be the sixth of Hibs’ pre-season campaign with their season starting slightly earlier than Town’s.
