Learn more about the Huddersfield Town Foundation

What is the Foundation?

The Huddersfield Town Foundation is a registered charity that aims to make a difference in the lives of children and young people in our community.

The vision of Huddersfield Town Chairman Dean Hoyle, the Foundation will use the skillset of the football club and its associated businesses to make that difference.

What area will the Foundation affect?

The Foundation aims to affect the Huddersfield community as well as the Kirklees administrative area. It could go further out into Yorkshire but that depends on specific projects and funding.

How do you select which schools to work with?

We have paired up with Kirklees Council to select the schools in the areas that need our support the most.

How do I donate?

It’s simple – either fill in the form found in the Foundation brochure or visit www.htafcfoundation.com, where you will find a link to our Just Giving page.

Is there a minimum donation?
No – anything is greatly received.

What will the money be used for?

The Foundation will use the donations to deliver projects across the region from start to finish, such as the ‘Early Kick-Off’ breakfast club that will aim to provide at least 58,500 free breakfasts over the next year.

Where can I find more information?

For all the latest information and news on the Foundation, check out www.htafcfoundation.com. The Foundation also has a twitter feed - @townfoundation – and a Facebook page – www.facebook.com/htafcfoundation.

What’s the difference between Blue and White Foundation and the Huddersfield Town Foundation?

The BWF is a supporter membership scheme that generates income for the Club’s Academy and in return the supporter receives many tangible benefits.

The Huddersfield Town Foundation is a charity that will gain donations for community projects and the donator gives but receives intangible benefits.

How will this affect the Club’s charity partners such as the ‘Keep It Up’ Campaign with Yorkshire Air Ambulance?

The Foundation will not affect this - both projects are separate and different.

How do I arrange a meeting to discuss the Foundation in more detail?

In the first instance please contact sean.jarvis@htafc.com.

Who are the Trustees of the Foundation?

The Huddersfield Town Board of Directors; Dean Hoyle, Nigel Clibbens, Sean Jarvis and Ann Hough.
