Town host Crewe Alexandra on Wednesday
Huddersfield Town’s Development Squad will take part in the brand new Under-21 Professional Development League this season – starting with a game against Crewe Alexandra at Canalside Sports Complex on Wednesday.
Town will play in the U21 Professional Development League 2 this season, with Senior Professional Development Coach Steve Eyre managing the side expected to be made up of first year professionals and Town’s other promising youngsters against high-class opposition.
Each team also has the option of fielding three overage players in the team each game.

The first fixture occurs at Canalside on Wednesday, when Crewe visit for a 12pm kick-off in a game open to the public free of charge!
