Arfield makes surprise appearance at the Zone
Kids attending Town’s Soccer School at the Zone last week got a pleasant surprise when first team star Scott Arfield dropped in to say hello!
The Scottish midfielder made an unscheduled visit to pose for pictures, sign autographs and hold a quick question and answer session.
A possible player visit is just one of the perks of Town’s Soccer Schools, which are perfect if your kids are looking for something fun to do over the school holidays.
Aimed at 5-13 year olds, the one day and two day courses are run across the region and are the perfect way to keep your kids entertained and fit in a secure environment over the summer.
Coaching sessions will be held at the Zone facility on St. Andrew's Road; at St. John's School in Golcar; at Carr Green School in Rastrick and at Battyeford Sporting Club throughout August, with prices starting at just £10 for a day if you pre-book your place.
All coaches will include expert tutoring from Town's fully qualified coaches, whereas each kid also gets a medal and a ticket voucher to come and watch the Terriers in action.
