COMPREHENSIVE SUPPORTERS SURVEY

1 August 2012

Your Club needs you to improve!

Huddersfield Town is undertaking its most comprehensive supporters survey ever, with the aim of further improving its operation off the field.

In February 2012 the Club entered into a partnership with Huddersfield-based Ask Insight, who became Town’s Official Research Partner, and now the pair is about to start a comprehensive survey of fans regarding all aspects of the Club – whether it be matchday experience, ticketing, retail, memberships and other aspects.

Results from the survey will be used to ensure the Club does all it can to bring further success over the coming years, both on and off the field of play.

Huddersfield Town Chairman Dean Hoyle commented:

“It has been a great 2012 so far with promotion to the Championship via that dramatic Play-Off final victory at Wembley; what an amazing experience that was! However, we cannot rest on our laurels and are looking to improve in all departments of the Club on and off the field.

“We are asking our supporters to tell us what they think of us; to let us know what we are doing right and, most importantly, where we can improve.

“I hope as many fans as possible can take the time to give their feedback when the survey goes live.”

The survey is live now at www.htafcsurvey.co.uk and is open to the first 1,000 supporters. Each supporter that completes the survey will be entered into a prize draw, with one lucky winner winning VIP tickets for two people to Town’s home clash against Leicester City on Tuesday 2 October. A second winner will get a signed Wembley Play-Off final shirt!

Ask Insight Director Susan Kenyon added:

“As HTAFC Official Research Partner, we’re absolutely delighted to be able to launch the HTAFC Supporter / Fan Survey.

“The survey has been designed to extract feedback on each and every aspect of the ‘Fan Experience’, the results of which will be reported in September for integration into the Club's strategy moving forwards.”
