Nicky Cowley joined his brother, Danny, at Huddersfield Town and became the Club’s Assistant Manager.
As a player, Nicky made around 300 appearances for Concord Rangers, scoring over 50 goals before hanging up his boots and joining his brother Danny on the touchline and became the Club’s Assistant Manager.
The pair helped guide Concord Rangers to the Vanarama National League South – the sixth tier of English football – and helped the Club reach the First Round of the FA Cup.
He then joined Braintree with Danny and helped guide them to third in the Vanarama National League before making the move to Lincoln City.
With the Imps, Nicky and Danny guided the Club to two promotions in three years, the Quarter-Finals of the Emirates FA Cup and won the Checkatrade Trophy.
