James Beck became was appointed the new role of Head of Analysis & Innovation in the summer of 2021.

Having completed a Performance Analyst placement at Town during the completion of his Bachelor’s Degree in Sports and Exercise, Beck joined the Club permanently in July 2017 as Assistant Lead Academy Performance Analyst.

Since then, James has progressed through the ranks to become Head of Academy Analysis in January 2020, before taking up the new role of Head of Analysis & Innovation in August 2021.
