Young Terriers take on Scunthorpe United

Huddersfield Town’s Young Terriers are back in Youth Alliance League action on Saturday 12 February 2022 when they host Scunthorpe United!
The game will take place behind-closed-doors at Canalside from 11am, with a match review to follow on htafc.com.
This will be the second time that Town have faced Scunthorpe this season, losing out 4-0 in the last meeting between the sides.
Speaking ahead of Saturday’s game, Academy Coach George Danaher said:
“This the lads first season together and it’s really important that we remember that.
“Things take time to work, but there’s been a massive improvement in the games in terms of how they and how the players are connecting with each other.”
Danaher went on to speak about the togetherness of the Young Terriers.
“They spend a lot of time together and they work very hard here every day.
“Everyone inside the Club knows that it takes time to understand the programme and cope with the demands of being a footballer every day, and that’s something that they’re doing really well.”
