Huddersfield Town has today completed the signing of Poland Under-21 goalkeeper Kamil Grabara on a season-long loan from Liverpool FC.

The 6’ 5” tall stopper will join Head Coach Jan Siewert’s First Team squad for training on Tuesday at PPG Canalside after completing his move to the Terriers this afternoon.

Grabara, 20, joins Town after enjoying a successful loan spell in the Danish top division with AGF Aarhus during the second half of last season, where he made 16 appearances.

Huddersfield Town Head Coach Jan Siewert commented:

“It has been a target of ours to bring in another goalkeeper during this transfer window and I’m very happy that we have succeeded in bringing Kamil to our club.

“He’s very well thought of by the staff at Liverpool FC, by our recruitment team and by our Head of Goalkeeping, Paul Clements. He already has experience of First Team football and I can tell you that he is an extremely confident man.

“I think our fans will really take to Kamil when they see him in the Huddersfield Town shirt.

“I’d also like to thank Jürgen Klopp and Liverpool FC for allowing Kamil to take the next step in his development as a footballer with us.”
