Having started as a striker in grassroots football, right-back Jay Sway dropped deeper during his time in the Everton academy. Now comfortable across the backline, Jay thrives in defensive situations and has made several trial appearances for the Town Academy already, moving into a full-time scholarship at the Millers Oils High Performance Complex this season.
