Big Ernaldo first joined Town's Academy from London-based Crown Pro Elite Academy in the summer of 2019.

Although he can be deployed as a centre back, Ernaldo has played most of his first season in Town's Under-17s as a holding midfield player. 

He's also represented his country, Albania, at Under-17 level on several occasions. 

June 2021 saw Ernaldo earn his first two caps for Albania’s Under-19 side, playing in a pair of friendlies against Kosovo. Krasniqi was one of only a handful of players to play the full 180 minutes across both games, grabbed an assist in the second game at the Elbasan Arena Stadium! 

The midfielder spent the first half of the 2021/22 season on loan with Scottish side Falkirk. Ernaldo made eight appearances in all competitions for the Scottish League One side, gaining valuable experience of senior football.
