Huddersfield Town will introduce access control to the Stadium throughout the 2010/11 npower League One season.
Season Ticket holders will receive a new style 'Season Card' that features a unique bar code, which will be eventually used to access the Stadium on matchdays as opposed to the current ticket-based system.
Supporters housed in the Fantastic Family Stand will be the first to benefit from the new access control system; season ticket holders in this stand will not receive booklets, but will instead just receive their cards to gain access to the stand from the start of the season.
Season Ticket holders in other areas of the ground will receive their normal Season Ticket booklets as well as a new Season Card, which will be used when access control is introduced to their stand later in the football season.
The new Season Ticket cards will hold information about the individual holder and display your details and personal client reference number. Supporters should keep their card safe, because there will be a charge of £20 for replacements.
Dates have now been confirmed for when 2010/11 Season Tickets can be collected from the Ticket Office; please note that if you have paid to have your ticket posted to you, this will happen during the dates listed below:
- Supporters who have purchased season car park passes with their Season Tickets can collect from the Ticket Office from Saturday 17 July. If you have paid postage, you will receive them prior to the Blackburn Rovers friendly on Wednesday 21 July. Season car park passes will be valid for the friendly fixtures.
- Direct Golf Stand Upper Tier books will be available for collection from Saturday 17 July. Those who paid for postage should receive their books next week.
- Direct Golf Stand Lower Tier books will be available for collection from Monday 19 July. Those who paid for postage should receive their books next week.
- Britannia Rescue books for collection will be available from Monday 26 July. Those who paid for postage should receive their books week commencing 26 July.
- Fantastic Media Stand cards will be available from Monday 2 August. Those who paid for postage will receive their cards week commencing 2 August.
