The Galpharm Stadium Ticket Office staff have been highly commended in the Leisure and Tourism category of the 2008 National Customer Service Awards.

The awards recognise the achievements of the organisations, teams and professionals who care for their customers and Town have been singled out for special praise.

In particular, the Ticket Office was praised for their creativity and innovation - no doubt related to the special £100 Season Ticket offer that ended on Friday June 6^th.

Town's Director of Business Development Sean Jarvis talked to htafc.com about the award.

"We here at Huddersfield Town pride ourselves on constantly improving and maintaining a high standard of customer service and this award is a good recognition of this," Sean explained.

"We were all very proud to win the title of League One Family Club of the Year at the 2008 Football League Awards and it is great to be further recognised for our hard work."
