Huddersfield Town is delighted to announce that 16,123 season tickets for the upcoming 2008/09 campaign have been sold at the close of the special £100 offer as of 5pm today (Friday 6^th June).

This total smashes the previous record for the number of season ticket holders in any one season for the Club and means that the special 'last chance' centenary week was an undoubted success.

In total, 693 season tickets have been sold since the week-long offer opened on Monday at 9am.

Sue Beaumont, Ticket Office Manager at the Club, told htafc.com that she was delighted with the final figure.

"Business has been brisk today and 16,123 really is an awesome achievement that everybody connected with the Club should be proud of. The 2008/09 season really will be an exciting one!"
