As of 9am this morning, Town fans have a final one week opportunity to take advantage of the special £100 Season Ticket price for the upcoming 2008/09 season!

The Club is hoping to break the 16,000 barrier with this last chance promotion and is supplementing the local advertising with a campaign of adverts on Yorkshire Television.

Transmitting from Emley Moor mast to hit the Yorkshire area, the advert will be aired for the first time at around 11.40am today during the ever-popular programme 'This Morning'.

The advert will be broadcast during some of the most popular programmes on the station from today up until Thursday evening - look out for it during the lunchtime news, Emmerdale, Tonight with Trevor McDonald, Who Wants to be a Millionaire, The Bill and Taggart.

The exact timing of the adverts is subject to change, but here is the preliminary plan for the 15 airings:

Town's Director of Business Development Sean Jarvis told htafc.com that he is hopeful of breaking the 16,000 barrier.

"In the lead-up to the original season ticket deadline of May 23^rd, we undertook extensive marketing which was brilliantly supported by our fans, with us reaching the magnificent total of 15,430.

"The last chance week is a new venture for the Club and is a bit of an experiment which we hope works. To support it, we wanted to hit the widest audience possible to inform new people about our offer and TV seemed to be the appropriate medium.

"The advert is only ten seconds long, but we feel it gets the message across effectively and hopefully it will aid us in reaching our goal."
