LAST SEASON'S TOTAL SURPASSED!
In just ten days, sales of 2008/09 Huddersfield Town Season Tickets have surpassed last year's total - 7500! And the Club has today attributed that success to its supporters spreading the word.
Town fans everywhere have bought their £100 Season Tickets and hopes are high that Stan Ternent's side will be playing in front of a bumper crowd next season with 21 working days left for supporters to take advantage of the special centenary price.
"Our fans have been brilliant in helping us get the message across," Ticket Office Manager Sue Beaumont explained.
"We have had over 1000 supporters download our poster from the website and hundreds of supporters have come to the ground to collect our Centenary edition of Town Talks and distribute them to their local communities including pubs, bars, newsagents, coffee shops, dentist practices and doctors surgeries - anywhere they can think of."
"However there is still a long way to go - 21 working days until the deadline to go to be precise. As a consequence we are urging our fans to continue to do their bit and help continue to spread the word and make the forthcoming centenary one to never be forgotten. Anything they can do to help to persuade or let an armchair fan know of this offer is a further potential fan"
A full campaign is in process including radio advertising, direct marketing and telesales to support the offer of adult season tickets from £100. Supporters wishing to renew season tickets can do so either online at www.htafc.com or by calling 0870 44 44 552 and new applicants should telephone the hotline number or call at the ticket office for advice on seating availability.
Ticket office opening times are 9.00 - 5.00 Monday - Friday and 9.00 - 12.00 Saturday. The Ticket Office will be closed on Bank Holiday Monday.
