Jack joined the Huddersfield Town Academy at under-9 level and is now in his third year as a professional, having established himself in the Town first team during a very impressive 2010/11 season.

This versatile player can play on the right of either defence or midfield, where he can showcase his general all-round athleticism. Ever-improving in all aspects of the game, he furthered his development through a loan spell at Blue Square National side Grays Athletic in February 2010 and appeared as an unused substitute for Lee Clark's first team on four occasions during the 2009/10 season.

He was on loan at League 2 side Chesterfield for the first half of the 2010/11 season, but returned after being a regular for the Spireites and made a massive impact at his hometown club - with a spectacular full debut in Town's FA Cup game against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium in January 2011.

He is contracted to the Club until the summer of 2013.
