A highly promising goalkeeper who has been capped for England at under-18 level, Alex seems destined to become a success at Town. Now a professional, he has a great command of his box and is very capable in all aspects of goalkeeping.
The former Academy shot-stopper was added to the first-team squad ahead of the visit of Luton Town to the Galpharm Stadium in late September 2007, following a possible foot problem for Simon Eastwood, but made the place as understudy to Matt Glennon his own towards the end of last season.
