Naturally left-footed, exciting winger Gary moved to the Galpharm Stadium from Championship side Ipswich for an undisclosed fee ahead of the start of the 2008/09 season.

Able to play on either flank, 'Robbo' loves to take on players and takes a mean set-piece. Formerly of Accrington Stanley and Crewe Alexandra, he was named as Town's Player of the Year following his superb debut season at the Club.

After signing a new long-term deal during the summer of 2009 the exciting winger impressed once again during the 2009/10 campaign, netting nine goals in 45 appearances from the left side of midfield. Another strong season in 2010/11 has seen him move to within striking distance of 150 impressive appearances for the Club.

Gary is contracted to the Club until the summer of 2012.
