Ireland under-21 Captain Richard joined the Terriers on an initial one-month loan on August 31st as manager Andy Ritchie was looking for another defensive option following the injuries to Frank Sinclair, David Mirfin, Tom Clarke and Robbie Williams.
A centre-back by trade, Richard is strong in the air as well as possessing decent pace and good ability on the ball and he has made a great initial impression with the Town faithful.
Richard is on loan at Huddersfield until September 30th.
