London-born Malvin was a closed-season signing in the summer of 2007, adding the pacy winger that the manager had talked about needing at the end of the previous season.
The ex-Wimbledon, Milton Keynes, Cardiff and Port Vale midfielder had a few options available to him but chose to come to the Galpharm. He is a full Sierra Leone international who is contracted with the Terriers until the summer of 2009.
