RITCHIE HAILS REFORMED STRIKER

Huddersfield Town boss Andy Ritchie has told skysports.com he believes Danny Cadamarteri could prove to be the secret ingredient for The Terriers next season.
Ritchie moved quickly to snap up the 27-year-old following his release from Leicester City at the end of last season, and has been hugely impressed by the attitude of the former Everton man.
Cadamarteri was banned from the game in June 2006 after testing positive for a banned substance but then enjoyed spells at Leicester and Grays Athletic towards the end of last season.
And Ritchie is confident Cadamarteri, who scored against Liverpool as a teenager, can help Huddersfield mount a serious challenge for promotion next term.
He told skysports.com: "Danny has been through some troubles that have been well-documented, but the person who has come out the other side of them is someone that any football club would want. He has a family he wants to take care of, has seen the darker side of the game, and comes here determined to make his mark - and we're delighted to have him on board.
"Danny showed his desire to get his career back on track by dropping into the Conference, and they are the sort of qualities that I want in my players, with a willingness and determination to fight back and succeed.
"Maybe the worst thing that could have happened to him was scoring against Liverpool, as he has always had that to compete with, and of course it's very difficult to better something of that magnitude at such a young age.
"I think that after everything else that has now happened he has drawn a line under things, and I'm delighted to have a striker of such quality who can really make a mark in League One as I am sure he will."
