CLARK: "I BELIEVE IN THE PLAYERS"
Manager Lee Clark has told htafc.com that the game at Brighton on Tuesday night one of several massive matches coming up for his side over February and March.
The Terriers have long away journeys on every Tuesday this month, starting with the mammoth trip to Sussex for Tuesday night's League One clash.
"We have a massive five to six weeks - we have midweek games every week, so we have to get on the road again and aim to pick up positive results, starting at Brighton on Tuesday evening," Lee told the Club's official website.
"We have dusted ourselves down from the draw against Carlisle on Saturday - it's gone now and we cannot change that. Obviously we have looked at the game and analyzed it, but everything has been about preparing and getting ready for what will be a very tough game down in Brighton.
"We'll have to go to Brighton and get a result now and my players have to be better. If you want to be a top player, you have to realise the opposition will try and stop you and be good enough to combat that.
"But I still believe in the players I've got and when we start firing on all cylinders, it will happen. Three or four have been up and down, but we win, lose and draw together."
Although Clark and his team are facing some massive journeys, Lee explained that he feels more for the Club's supporters than anyone else:
"We are in a privileged position - playing football is our job, so long midweek trips are no problem for us. It's our superb supporters that I really feel for - I know they will still travel in great numbers, but midweek trips to places such as Brighton and Southampton are very hard on them."
One man hoping to make the trip is midfielder Michael Collins, who has missed Town's last two fixtures with an ankle injury.
"I hope that Michael Collins will be back from injury, but it's too early to tell yet - I don't want to say yes or no. He does offer us something a bit different and I believe that he has been a little bit of a miss for us in our last two home games."
