The Terriers are back on home soil this weekend and face one of their toughest tests of 2012 against Karl Robinson's promotion chasing MK Dons; kick off at the Stadium is 3pm.
Clark's men currently sit second in npower League 1, six points ahead of the Dons, who do have a game in hand. This Saturday's game is Town's first in a month that will see them take on three of the current top six teams.
The Dons go into the game without a win in over a month, however, they did achieve a hard earned point against Sheffield Wednesday in midweek.

HEAD TO HEAD
Last meeting: npower League 1, Saturday 17 September 2011: MK Dons 1-1 Huddersfield Town (Scott Arfield)
First meeting: English Division 4, Saturday 17 December 1977: Huddersfield 3-0 MK Dons
The head to head record between the teams currently stands at ten victories for each team and seven draws.
Despite that, recent history would suggest that Town go into the game as favourites with the Dons failing to win a game in their last six attempts. The Terriers have won four of the games with the other two ending in 1-1 draws.
TEAM NEWS TOWN
Town will be without winger Gary Roberts, who is now recovering from his hernia operation. Doubts surround Danny Ward and Alan Lee who both picked up knocks during the stalemate with Tranmere.
Roberts' absence could open the door for Scott Arfield who continued his recover from an ankle injury during a midweek development game. Calum Woods also featured in that game and could be available for selection this weekend.
Alex Smithies is also in contention for a start after coming through 90 minutes for the first time since his knee injury against Blackburn in the aforementioned development game.
Town could hand a home debut to Sean Morrison and also a full debut to transfer deadline day signing Kallum Higginbotham.
TEAM NEWS - MK DONS

The Dons could be without midfielder Darren Potter who has missed the last two games with a bout of flu. Jay O'Shea has deputised in his place, however, Alan Smith could be in line to make his full debut following his loan move from Newcastle.
Mathias Kouo-Doumbe missed the draw with Wednesday through suspension and may struggle to get back in the team after his replacement, Tom Flanagan, received the Man of the Match award.
Right-back Adam Smith returned to his parent Club Tottenham on deadline day. As a result, Robinson signed Newcastle right-back James Tavernier; he also brought in Paul Slane.
The Dons will also be without winger Anthony McNamee who was released by the Club.

MANAGER - Karl Robinson

In 2009, Robinson re-joined MK Dons when Paul Ince returned becoming his Assistant Manager whilst working towards his UEFA Pro License.
Following a poor run of results under Ince, The Dons appointed Robinson as Manager and in his first full season he guided them to the npower League 1 Play-Off semi-finals, where they lost to Peterborough United.
He is widely applauded for the style of football that his team plays, which was highlighted when they recently earned a replay against Queens Park Rangers in the Third Round of the FA Cup, before losing 1-0 despite dominating the return fixture.

KEY MAN - Charlie MacDonald S 10

Joining the Dons at the end of August 2011, MacDonald became the first player to arrive at the Club for a fee for two years. The striker signed a two-year deal from Brentford where he built a reputation of being a deadly finisher in front of goal.
In his three-year spell at Griffin Park he scored 45 goals in 127 appearances helping Brentford to the League 2 title in the 2008/09 season.
Having made just over 20 appearances this season, MacDonald has been prolific in front of goal and leads the Club's goal scoring charts with nine goals.
