Huddersfield Town centre back Jamie McCombe has made the League One 'Team of the Week' for his goal-scoring performance against Charlton Athletic on Saturday afternoon.

The 27-year old defender scored Town's second goal - his first for the Club - in the 42^nd minute to send his side on the way to victory over the Addicks.

Jamie has been an ever present since his summer move from Bristol City.
