Town boss Lee Clark has named an unchanged matchday eighteen for the third consecutive game for today's home League opener against Tranmere Rovers, kick-off 3pm.

Five players will make their competitive home debuts today - defenders Gary Naysmith and Jamie McCombe, midfielders Scott Arfield and Joey Gudjonsson and loan striker Joe Garner.

The Terriers will line up in a 4-4-2 formation today with 'keeper Alex Smithies protected by a back four of Naysmith, skipper Peter Clarke, McCombe and Lee Peltier. Gary Roberts and Anthony Pilkington will start on the left and right wings with Gudjonsson partnering Arfield in central midfield, leaving Jordan Rhodes alongside Garner in attack.
