Matt Glennon's three and a half year association with Huddersfield Town has come to an end today after the Club and the player came to a mutual agreement to terminate his contract.

The deal paves the way for the 31 year old goalkeeper to join League Two side Bradford City on a permanent contract.

Matt joined Town from Scottish side St. Johnstone under the management of Peter Jackson and has gone on to make 122 appearances for the Club, but has recently found himself behind number one Alex Smithies in the pecking order.

"At this stage of his career, Matt needs to be playing regular football and to have the chance of earning a contract for next season," Huddersfield Town manager Lee Clark told htafc.com.

Everyone at Huddersfield Town would like to thank Matt for his efforts at the Club and wish him the best of luck in his future endeavours.
