AWAY KIT PROVING POPULAR WITH FANS

Posted on: Tue 02 Jun 2009

Town's new red and navy away kit for the upcoming 2009/10 campaign is proving very popular with the Club's supporters just three days after going on general sale.

The kit, which features the logo of muscle rub Radian B, is proving to be one of the fastest-selling change strips in Huddersfield Town history - matching the numbers of the best selling, one-off Centenary gold strip from the 2008/09 season. Town star Anthony Pilkington is featured to the right sporting the new kit.

After the successful launch day at the Stadium Superstore on Saturday - at which Antony Kay made his first public appearance as a Huddersfield Town player - fans have been ordering the striking kit in droves, particularly online via www.stadiumsuperstore.com.

Despite squad numbers for the 2009/10 season not yet being released, shirt printing has been incredibly popular. With the white numbers and lettering standing out brilliantly on the red back of the shirt, fans have instead been opting for classic favourites such as 'Town 4 Ever', 'Booth 23' and even 'Gorre 40'! Personalisation of a shirt by adding a custom name and number costs just £10.

The away shirt, socks and shorts are now on general sale in all sizes at the Stadium Superstore, Sporting Pride store on Cloth Hall Street in Huddersfield town centre and online at StadiumSuperstore.com - click HERE to buy online now! Shirts start at just £31.99, with shorts from £14.99 and socks from £6.99.

Town's new goalkeeper kit for the 09/10 season is also on sale - click HERE to buy that online now!
