35-year old defender David Unsworth has today come to an agreement with the Club to mutually terminate his contract and has left Huddersfield Town.
As reported on htafc.com on Saturday, the former England international reached a verbal agreement with the Club over the weekend and the papers were signed at the Stadium this morning.
The former Everton man was signed by ex-Town boss Stan Ternent during the summer following a successful trial period and played five games for the first-team in the early part of the season, but has not featured since the Johnstone's Paint Trophy game at Darlington back in early October.
His contract was due to run until the end of the current season.
Everyone at Huddersfield Town would like to wish David the best of luck in all his future endeavours.
