French striker Jonathan Tehoue has told htafc.com that he is delighted to be a Huddersfield Town player.
The 24-year old put pen to paper on a contract today which will see him stay at the Club until the end of the current season after impressing during a trial period and told the Club's official website that he wants to make an impact.
"My trial has gone well and I think the manager was pleased with what I showed. Today I have signed and I am happy to be here," Jonathan explained.
"The rest of the squad have been really good with me - they have treated me really well. Each player made a point of introducing themselves with me, which was really kind."
An imposing figure, Tehoue has experience of playing in France, Cyprus, Belgium and Turkey.
"I like to play around the area and I have a strong shot, but it is not for me to say what I am good at - maybe the Gaffer will tell you! I came here with the aim of doing my best and I am happy to be here.
"The Gaffer has told me that he needed another striker - a player who can score goals. I hope I can be that man.
"I am not going to say it was a dream, but I really wanted to come and play in England. I want to discover the mentality and see how the football is played.
"The team has been playing very good football while I have been here. The Stadium is great too and I think I have joined a really good club."
